Rec U8 Referee Schedule

All scheduling for U8 referees is completed through the following process:

 

1. Check game schedule for each venue to determine referee status of game. If there is no referee name in the event description field, then the game has not been assigned and is available.

 

2. Using the link below for VHSC U8 Referee Scheduling, log into the Google calendar with the account information provided to all approved referees.

 

3. After accessing the calendar, select the game for assignment and use the edit event details link to enter the referee's name in description field. The following is an example: Referee: John Smith

 

NOTE: Move the mouse over the Description field and click to add the referee name in the calendar.

 

4. Save the event in the calendar by selecting the save icon.

 

5. Repeat the process to assign a referee to additional games.

 

6. After assigning game(s), select the Sign out link to exit the calendar.
